Hi everyone,
I didn't see a thread for this yet so I wanted to start a place for those who have applied the the University of South Florida FNP program starting fall 2021. Previous applicants/accepted students please feel free to comment on the process for you!
thanks!
I had my interview on Friday, March 18th. It was every quick and informal. The woman conducting the interview was nice and gave honest answers. I have applied for the part-time FNP program and she just asked why part-time instead of full time and scenario based questions, nothing daunting. Good luck!
Just had my interview Monday for the part time MSN track and it relieved a lot of anxiety. She only asked about 4 questions and were all super easy. She informed me that a committee meets every 3-4 weeks to vote essentially and decide who is accepted based on grades, interview, resume, etc. and I could expect a decision in a month to a month and a half ? I've seen a lot of people receive news sooner so I'm hoping that'll be the case for me. Not like I have to plan where I'm gonna live/work or anything no biggie LOL but we'll see.
