I interviewed on April 4th. Haven't heard anything yet. Think I did well in my interview, as they encouraged me to apply for the DNP program instead, but now I'm wondering if they'll deny me acceptance into the Masters since they want me to do DNP, AND whether the same people that interviewed me for the Master's NP-Family Health will be the same to interview me for the DNP-Family Health. Agh..so many questions now! (And yes, I'm having to do the whole app and interview process again for the DNP) :-/

Hey Jcort, may I ask what scholarships there are for this program and where to find them? I hope it's not too late to complete FAFSA neither...

You can still complete FAFSA, you just won't have priority funding (meaning, you may not get your funding until after the semester starts, however, that shouldn't matter because you'll have a tuition deferrment, only part that stinks is that you'll have to pay out of pocket for books, BUT, that's only IF, they don't get to your funding in time....most likely they will).

As for scholarships, as far as I'm aware, apps for nursing scholarships were due by 3/10, but I may be wrong.

I'm doing fasfa but also trying for the health corps scholarship. Their deadline is the end of this months. You should be able to look online about it

Okay folks I got my official USF DNP acceptance email. You know the one requiring you to do the drug and background check! Now it feels real..check your email! !

I have officially been accepted into the Pediatric NP Program. I submitted my Application 2/14. Received an email for interview on 2/24. I had my interview on 3/13. Now officially accepted 4/12. :yes:
