USF MSN-CNL non-nurse summer 2017

Hello everyone! I am currently waitlisted in the spring 2017 cohort starting in Jan for the USF MSN-CNL non-nurse cohort 23, but I wanted to start a thread for those of you applying to the summer 2017 semester because if I don't get off the waitlist I will be reapplying for summer, and if I do get off the waitlist I can help you all with info on how the process works and what to expect. Either way, since I am going through it right now, I hope to be able to help new applicants. This time can be very stressful. Who all out there is applying?

Good morning Everyone,

I'm sitting here:

Negative on status changes on my end. I did a date calculator and exactly 8 weeks is Sunday, March 12th. Maybe March 13th?

Last semester the actual date was on a weekend too and we heard the Friday before that's why I thought maybe the same would happen. They clearly are behind on their process :/ Or they recieved more apps than last semester so more to go through? It could definitely happen Monday. At this point, it could happen anytime from now and the next 2 weeks!

From previous posts/cohorts, they've typically called on the 8th week on a Friday. I would be shocked if they called on the Monday. Is it also possible that they'd call next week on the 17th?

I suppose it's also possible that the applicants being denied this morning are not on this forum and we're all accepted or waitlisted. Wouldn't that be nice.... It's really all speculation at this point anyway. I would think though that since classes start at the end of May that it would be incredibly unrealistic for them to wait another two weeks to make announcements.
