Welcome
Both countries have their own requirements on registration and then you have to decide a route on how to immigrate to the country. Both countries will be time consuming but you really have to decide where you really want to live and work because it can be expensive. Canada may have more opportunities on immigration but both countries really at the moment are not crying out for nurses
Well Philippines nursing system does not allow foreign nurses to take their national registration exam .Im really confused.
That's a risk of obtaining an education in a foreign country. You would be ineligible for licensing in Indiana regardless of why you cannot be licensed in the Philippines. The logic being if you aren't eligible in your country of education why should that board/college consider you eligible.
I understand , but how about those Iranian nurses ?(There is no registration exam in Iran)so how would they apply ?
By the way I'm eligible to take CGFNS
Does CGFNS help me to be eligible for canada?
No. CGFNS is for the USA, NNAS is for Canada. For Canada I suggest you check out requirements as per the college of RN for the province you plan on living and working in
Agree with universalnurse, NNAS will likely deem your education not comparable to a Canadian BScN and the College will likely require further assessments such as SEC or OSCE, you may be required to obtain more education. After spending time and money to be eligible for licensure you will likely encounter difficulty obtaining work as a RN in Canada, as the job market is saturated and there are plenty of unemployed and underemployed IENs and new grads.

hello,
I'm an Iranian nurse recently graduated in the Philippines .I have no Experience.
what do you think people? Where should I apply ? I personally prefer North America .
Is there any good Agency ? Is it better to apply by myself?
Do I have any chance for USA or Canada at all?
Thank you .
