Greetings fellow 2018 UPenn BSN/MSN applicants! Just thought I could start a thread for the incoming applicants so we can help each other out through the application process.

Does anyone know if we need to submit separate transcripts for study abroad programs if it's already clearly stated on our official undergraduate transcript? Thanks! : )

Do you think we wouldn't hear anything? They would just reject us?

I mean I haven't read other threads thoroughly, but its pretty common for grad schools to just reject by simply not inviting you to go further in the application process. So I think its very likely that we may never hear anything and that may be a rejection in itself.

Does anyone else know more on this??

Still haven't heard anything back from psych, I really think they're doing them in some kind of order. For now, it's just a waiting game :(

I actually called this morning and it wasn't that helpful. Pretty much she said they are still in the process of releasing invites but she did not know when they would be done. I hope we all hear back by the end of this week! Maybe someone else should call to get some more info? I called the general line.

I emailed Marianne Smith, the lady that I met with over the summer. Still waiting for a response. Will update as soon as I hear anything! Still just AGPCNP and CNM ?

I applied to the Second Degree ABSN program and I have not heard anything yet! I have been refreshing my email like crazy.

I was also thinking that since we can be invited to interview anytime from the 14th until late January, maybe they won't send out invites to those people they really want fall grades for. I haven't sent in my fall grades yet and haven't received an invite yet. Hoping to send them in Friday though!

I got an email that I will not be getting the MSN interview and moved to second degree bsn. I applied for the pediatric acute care track. Hope this helps anyone that you should be getting the email now. Congrats to all who received an interview invite.

Congrats everyone! Getting an interview for just the ABSN is great too. Penn ABSN students applying into the MSN have great chances of getting in so if your heart is set on Penn don't be discouraged!
