Hello everyone!
I have a 2nd interview next week on the 9th for a RN new grad position at Asante Three Rivers Hosptial Med/Surg unit in Grants Pass, OR. I really would love some advice on how to ace this. I have been using some resources. I know to look up the company's name and about. I have looked at the most common questions during the interview. I also made copies and printed out my cover letter, resume, several references, copy of BLS card, and my diploma BS in psychology degree. What else or what advice?
Thanks in advance!

Be relaxed, friendly and open. As a new grad, you don't bring much to the table that is different than other new grads in terms of skill and/or experience. Therefore a lot of what they look for is likability, trainability and whether or not they want to work with you.

I'd take the name of the hospital out of your post so that you stay anonymous on the internet. You don't want everyone at that hospital to know everything you have posted here.
