Hey Guys!
Didn't see anyone start one yet for this application round for UW nursing and though may as well start one.
Hopefully this will help everyone out that reads this, and that joins into the conversation.
Ive been reading the past BSN application posts, and already learned a lot of info!
I'm in the same boat..I'm going to see how UW pans out and then go from there! I'm an LPN so trying to get into a bridge program is SO difficult! And UW usually mails out letters around the 7th from what I remember. I think you should expect to get a letter NO later than the 15th. It seems to vary every year though!
I honestly have no idea. I mean I wish there was more information, such as where were we in the program, what would our role be and those types of things. I have a lot of experience with trauma and my resume reflected that so I wanted to pick something that I don't do everyday, so I picked pt 2. I wish I would have just went with 1 because I know that situation and how to handle it. If only they'd interview us and have to write a shore essay. Boo.
@MonicaHoyer,Yes! I applied to SU and SPU (where I currently go to school) as well! I just wrapped up the interview process with SPU and the wait is killing me for all schools! SPU informs in about 10 days or so.
Does UW really wait till 04/15?
I know they said not to expect to hear from them until mid April, so I'll wait to stalk the mail lady until the week of :) how did your interview go? Did you just do it?

Lol talk about pressure! I got there half an hour early and was left to just sit there feeling nervous surrounded by competition. It went better than I expected, thank goodness it's over!
