Hello Everyone!!
It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?
I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.
I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!

Hey so if you go to the orientation and go to module 4, it’ll be the assignment “Immunization/inplace compliance”

Oh wait I’m sorry, I misunderstood, are you looking for the actual orientation?

I did my first one today thinking one and done, but I’m wondering, does it have to be 3 weeks apart? On the original immunizations page it says 1-3 weeks apart, so I’m thinking I might have time to get the second test done?
Just wondering if anyone here has been told differently. Thanks
You have to get each test read as well which is two days apart from each test.

OK, I’m getting my test read this Sunday. So if you can go a week after like it says, I could go on the 25th of May then have it read by the 27th again, right? Sorry, I just don’t know if that’s what they mean by 1-3 weeks apart, cuz I read somewhere on here 3 weeks ?

Hmm that’s weird, have you double checked your email? I think that’s where mine was sent originally. I’ll copy and paste the link, but if you can’t find it or it doesn’t work, I’d def send -------------- an email.
@dod27 My canvas doesn't include orientation. it just shows courses but no orientation. I don't remember I saw it before. the strange thing they didn't mention this to me in the advising, however, they asked me to send my vaccinations to the immunization department to make sure they are all good.
SO if there is a website for the orientations I will be grateful, I want to know where should I submit the TB and the other requirements.

Found it! Thank you very much for your help.

Have you been accepted to the program already? I don’t follow this page too closely sometimes.

Study the RRDs, do a few hours every day and make sure to take breaks so you don’t burn out. Do not cram! There is too much info it won’t work. I liked watching her recorded lectures even though it was just her reading through the RRDs. I took notes while I listened and then during the week before the test I rewatched the lecture vids on 1.5x speed and followed along on the RRDs.
