Hey everyone, I just thought I would start a thread on the USF 2024 DNAP admissions. As the priority deadline of August 15th is approaching fast, I would love to hear from others.

Looking to apply as well! Need to take that dang GRE first though. Has anyone heard about the interview process at USF? Also, is it true they accept 60 students per class?
Good afternoon!
Hope everyone is doing well and not stressing too much over these applications!
I have completed everything but the CCRN so far. Plan to take it in a few weeks. I read someone suggested holding it until that is completed. Anyone else in the same boat. Debating whether to submit now and have it done by the interview time get offered one!
Just did my GRE today and got an okay score, not quite as high as I hoped but not bad, so now time to shift to the CCRN. ?

Hey Chelsea, I was advised to wait to complete my CCRN to submit my application at its strongest. The priority deadline is not until august 15th. How are your stats if you don't mind me asking and how was your GRE?
I got a 300 and 4 on the writing. I get super nervous during exams.
I have a 3.7 nursing GPA, 3.4 undergraduate GPA.
CVICU experience, our "COVID ICU", and currently PICU experience at a level one trauma magnet hospital.
Charge nurse, preceptor, "first five" trainer, chemo certified, and I have several other certifications.
Very nervous about applying. I was really sick and receiving treatments in undergraduate school when my first career was research focused so it shows I have several withdraws from classes. Not having a real "personal statement" to explain those makes me very nervous that they won't even consider me for an interview.

Honestly you are applying with better stats than myself and many others, don't stress to much, you will do great! Good luck!

Hey! You can definitely go ahead and submit your application via nursing cas. The committee will not view your application until all aspects of your application are met.
