Hello, has anyone applied to University of South Alabama DNP for Spring 2011? Has anyone heard from them, or received a phone interview? Thanks in advanced!

Congrats jrmcdoug2!!! Were you accepted into the DNP or MSN program? Also, did you receive an email or a letter? Just curious. I'm waiting to hear from the pediatric NP (MSN) program.

Hi, they said they'd email this week to those who got accepted. Did anyone received an email of acceptance from them?

I have not no. I hope that isn't bad news then :( But I didn't apply for DNP, just Family Psych, so maybe that doesn't even include when they would be mailing out letters or emails from my program.

I just recieved my acceptance letter today! I will be in the Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. I'm trying not to combust with excitement right now.

I applied for the Peds NP program, MSN level -- no news yet. I'm checking my mail box daily & Email in anticipation of news this week. Congrats on your acceptance & best wishes to everyone else. Please post as you receive news -- I find it encouraging.

I was accepted to the DNP program and recieved a letter today in the mail. It's been a long wait as I completed my application sometime in July. Good luck everyone and thanks for the well wishes! I think I am goin gto take a vacation soon because I won't be coming up for air for about 4 years.

Congrats everyone on getting into the NP program at USA. I recently applied to the MSN- Executive Nurse Administration program and I'm so eager to hear about any experiences someone may know about the MSN program at USA.

Can you enter the 3-year FNP/Acute Care program either in the spring or fall, or does USA only offer the 3-year DNP program in one of the two semesters?

Kev - You can enter the 3 year program in the Fall and the Spring, but the Spring "3" Year is more of a 3 year and 1 or 2 semesters.
