Hi everyone! I haven't seen a forum for USF FALL 2021 BSN yet, so I decided to make one so everyone can ask questions, encourage one another, and share stats!

I'm applying with:

Science GPA: 4.0

Overall: 3.91

Volunteer w/ letter of confirmation: 100+ hours

I'm not sure if they look into this, but:

- Bilingual

Good luck everyone! Feel free to comment below!

Moved to Schools/Programs forum.

Hello!  I also just applied. USF is actually my 2nd choice due to cost. I have a 4.0 in the science pre recs. I Also have a b.s. in kinesiology, and an M.A. in Sport Management (not that I think that will help - but I did get my M.A. from USF in 2003).

Did you apply anywhere else?  Is this your first application round?  I hear so many people who have had to reapply. I’m hoping I get in to my 1st choice!

Yes, this is my first time applying to USF!

It is one of my first choices. All nursing programs are so competitive, I am grateful if I get into one ?

I also applied to some Cal States since I am from one of them.

Good luck! You have pretty good stats!

Hello! This will be my first attempt to apply to USFCA Sacramento VANAP. I'm currently taking Microbiology during the Spring 2021 semester, but have already completed Intro to Stats. I'm applying with:

Science GPA: 3.52

Cumulative GPA: 3.68

Volunteer at a local hospital: Over 100+ hrs

Caregiver for a child with special needs requiring injections, feeding with Enteral pump, and participating in PT+OT+Speech Therapy: 440+ hrs

My stats aren't as competitive, but I'm still hoping for a miracle to come LOL! Good luck to everyone!

I believe everyone has fair game! When I went to their nursing seminar, they said a safe GPA is around a 3.6. Thus, I believe you've got a good shot! Good luck ?

Thank you! You too~

I just received an email from a USF assistant director for transfers that my application was missing my AP scores and they needed them to review my application. I didn't know they were reviewing applications this early? This is making me nervous!
