At BMCC they ask you to take the HESI A2 only when you are done with all prerequisites and if your GPA is high. Usually 3.6, but changes. There are many international students at BMCC. I am sure if you reach out they will help you. For now, the info in this thread might seem confusing. But it is never a bad idea to investigate in advance. Make sure you do good in all the prerequisites for now, and do not let the school or anyone intimidate you on how hard it is. Everything is possible ? I have no knowledge about the Kaplan but I gather there are similar. I am not able to answer that though

hey yes there are prerequisites. Advisers might be more helpful because things change now and then if you are just starting. There are 5 minimum prerequisites. Does anyone here know that we will be given paper and a calculator for the math part of the exam for sure?
