University of Rochester ABPNN 2019

Published

Hi everyone,

My name is Justine. I applied for U of R ABPNN for January of '19. I am still waiting for a response for an admissions decision but haven't heard anything back. Has anyone else applied and heard back from the program?

Looks like last year people had already started getting their decisions by the end of September. So hopefully calls start going out this week! Good luck to everyone. Has anyone heard back from other schools they've applied to?

Has anyone talked to admissions and found out the date they will be making their decisions? I believe they usually have a big meeting with all decision making people where they do their last go through of the people they want to admit, and then they start letting people know after that.

I'm eager to know if anyone has called and asked yet. This is supposedly the week calls will be made!!

Anyone willing to call and ask for NK to ask :D I would but I don't want to be that person calling every week. Haha

I just called last week myself, so I also don't want to be that person who keeps calling! haha if only they didn't ask my name every time I called, then I could call a million times!

Exactly! I want to call again but I feel like at this point I'm being annoying lol. I hope today would be the start of the calls. It is the first week of October

I just called NK and she said decisions will be made at the end of this week. This wait game is giving me anxiety

So if decisions will be made at the end of this week I assume that calls won't be made until next week? Ugh... oh well

Has anyone applied for other schools besides Rochester? Rochester is my second choice.

I applied to the accelerated program at Brockport, the traditional program st SJFC (and was waitlisted), and the associates degree program at Monroe Community College. What about everybody else?

I applied for Samuel Merritt ABSN and got in. However decided not to go there as it's expensive and living in SF also costs a lot of money. I also applied for Florida University and Roseman in Nevada. My first choice is Florida Uni as it's the cheapest one.

Call and get your decisions.
