University of Rochester ABPNN May 2015

Nursing Students Post Graduate

Published

Hey everyone !

I applied for the May 2015 ABPNN program and already had my phone interview. I just wanted to post a thread for whoever else is applying for this cycle. If you'd like to share your statistics, information about Rochester, how your interview went feel free! Good luck to everyone!

Any day now guys! :)

this is a long time waiting...

Have any FNP-ers heard about the Master's portion interview? I had my first interview in November and haven't heard back since, but since some other specialties are getting admissions offers now, I don't know... I gather that the program for FNP is VERY backed up!!

When I did my first interview last week they said they'd be doing the masters interviews "soon." Not sure what sort of timeframe that indicates - probably means it's about time to follow up with them. Blurgh.

I emailed Nancy today asking if she's got any updates for AMPNN interviews or any info that might be helpful. She said she's waiting for my initial interview note (that was two weeks ago! what the heck!) and then she'll contact me. They're "hoping to conclude everything by next week."

Thanks for the information!

Anyone hear anything yet ?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else got into the ABPNN? I found out few weeks ago? Thanks!

Congrats! I haven't heard a peep from the school. Admissions said sometime this week but given their track record on sticking to their own deadlines...we'll see how that goes. Did you apply to AMPNN and accept ABPNN? Or apply to ABPNN from the get-go?

Hey all! I literally just received my call from Nancy about my acceptance and she plans to send me futher details in the mail within the next several days. It's happening everyone, get ready! Good luck everyone!

IshEatsOats, what specialty? Congrats!!

Thanks FNPlmt5. I only applied for the ABPNN. I want to be exposed to the field more before I commit to the master's program
