Members are discussing starting their program in 2025 or 2026, housing options, course schedules, tuition costs, dress codes, and Facebook groups for their cohort. Some users were initially rejected but later accepted due to an increase in student intake. There is also confusion about the Facebook group for the class of 2027 and questions about enrollment procedures.

Hello, is anyone applying to University of Pittsburgh's CRNA program for Spring 2025?

Seems only one person in this forum has... Though I haven't even gotten an email about a virtual session. Seems kinda weird that nobody else has gotten an interview invite here.

IDK, I was looking at past years posts and seems like people were getting invites in April last year  🤷🏻‍♀️

Hope we all get invites. Que sera sera

IDK. Last year people were getting invites on a Sunday for an interview 5 days later. I have a feeling we'll find out this weekend for the interview at the end of next week, 3/29, as stated in the info session in late January.

not looking forward to going into 3 shifts starting tonight 😂

Just received a call to interview next Thursday 3/28. AM and PM slots still available according to the person with whom I spoke, so keep your ringers on! Good luck everyone.

Hey man! You feel comfortable sharing your stats? I'm genuinely curious, even though I know it's a holistic approach! Feel free to say no too, I totally understand.

I don't mind. First degree was non-nursing (history and psych) finished with a 3.52. Completed a direct entry MSN - finished with a 4.0 science and nursing.

Just under 2 years in 32-bed CT surgery ICU taking durable VAD, RVAD, ECMO, impella, IABP, CRRT, and total artificial heart.

CCRN, research committee, HAI champion, coauthor of two AACN publications, and precepting...12 hours of shadowing. No GRE and no charge experience.

Good luck! Hope you hear something soon.

Curious for UPitt interview style - is there a written exam? or just an interview which includes clinical questions? Any information would be appreciated!

TY!
