University of Oklahoma-Accelerated BSN Program

Hi All,

I'm new to this site and to the field of nursing. Has anyone gone to this school and if so, what did you think?

I live in San Diego, CA, and there is an online program that this school offers. I'm 3 prerequisites away from applying to the school, with a start date of August 08. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got mine today by mail. My daughter was about to throw it out because she is a senior and thought that was a part of her junk mail. You have 15 days to make a decision. I would have killed her.

I'm so happy. Going through a divorce right now and this has brighten my day.

For you lucky few that got your letters already - first off, congratulations! Secondly, what was your science GPA and your overall GPA?

Just wondering how I stack up.....

Hi L&DNMe-

My science GPA was 3.87, my last 60 credits was 3.70, my overall was much worse since I did really bad my first semester in school (13 years ago). Overall was under 3.0. I hope you get in!!!

i am actually taking the cpr course tonight and tomorrow night from 6-10 at the american red cross. i think its called cpr for the professional rescuer. it's $75.00.

i just read the uo's student handbook last night and it says to take the bls for healthcare provider at american heart association. so i will call and find out available space today.
