I have not either. I wanted to do part-time since I am working full-time at a hospital. So I plan on applying for the January 2018.

I was wondering if you will be working while in the program. I know it's very vigorous and I read on their FAQ that if you get a B- you get "dismissed". :/

Hey guys, I am also interested in starting in 2017 to the FNP track. Does anyone have any valuable insight on the program? It would be a dream come true for me to go to UM, but it is just soo expensive. I currently work at Memorial which partially pays for tuition but its still so much money to pay out of pocket -_-

Hi there RN2611.was wondering of you have heard about any of the class schedules... for PT classes

I applied recently however I was under the impression that the sooner the better you apply... But when i spoke to someone today they informed they probably won't even set up interviews until after the holidays 😔 so I rushed my application and hope it doesn't ruin my chances but we'll see. Good luck to everyone

Is anyone applying for the full time August 2017 program at UM? I know the application process started September 1 and the deadline is April. If so, have you submitted your application thru nursingcas already? How long does it take to get a response or to get set up for an interview? Anyone here who's done the f/t program, any advice for new moms? I'm planning to apply for the f/t program, I will also be quitting my full time job as Nicu RN and taking care of my baby who by then he will be 8 months old. Fortunately enough I have a good support system with my husband and mom, so I'm hoping I can complete the program as planned.

F/t or p/t? I wish broward gen would pay for some.. :( @miamiheatrn

For the full-time program, it is not recommended to work. Several students that I know live off of financial aid while completing the 1-year program. I know there is a $30,000 scholarship (30 students) available for the Fall 2017 program from HRSA as well. This can definitely help with significantly reducing debt.

I applied too. Did anyone hear back about an interview? or when we should be looking to hear about this?

I applied also but for the AGPC program. Wondering if anyone has been contacted for an interview yet.
