    I myself have taken the GRE since I applied for the combined route. I really think it's just a checklist and that since there is no minimum score they just want them to take it. I'm not having high hopes about this since it looks like they're filling...

    It's really about the fact that you're on the same level as a physician, PT, pharmacist because they all have their doctorates. So eventually they're gonna implement the Doctorate role in 2025 if it all pans out.
