University of Miami Accelerated BSN Summer 2015

I am kind of early with this thread, but I am pretty excited about the possibility of starting nursing school in May! Anybody else out there considering UM's ABSN program for summer 15? Also, anybody that has gotten in the program if you don't mind sharing helpful information, please do! I will still have 3 outstanding pre-reqs that I am registered to take in Spring. My cum GPA & pre-req GPA without those last 3 classes will be a 3.3 for both. I think I have a fair chance, could be better! (and will be once I finish pre-reqs) But anyway, share your thoughts about this program if you are considering as well! & good luck :)

So it seems to me that none of us really will be finding out until early/mid March? Let us know if you know otherwise! Ugh, this waiting is driving me nuts!

That is probably the 2nd round of applicants... AC told me last thursday that she was sending letters out the next day (last friday) to some students regarding the decision on their applications.

Well technically according to Canelink I finished and submitted my app on Jan 5th. However all my transcripts weren't in and verified until February 4th. So I guess they looked at my app before I was verified!

@tabularawsa have you been verified yet? If not I'm sure this week sometime! I think immediately after verification they have access to the app? (UM) from my understanding..

I submitted mine on the 9th so according to the flow of everyone else's, I should be verified tomorrow! One step closer:))
