Hello everyone, I just wanted to start this thread for anyone interesting or planning on applying to UM for spring 2015. I am finishing up the pre-requisites I need...doing micro class and lab. So far those are the only things I know I have to take. I'm extremely nervous, mainly because of the waiting game to see if I'm accepted or not.
I had to take over class, so I am not too happy about that either, so that also makes me a little down.
Also when I called the other day, someone said they are changing the application process, did anyone else hear that information?
Are you guys finish with all your pre-requisites?
Do you know how much repeating a class puts you in the hole for not getting accepted?

Hi everyone! I'm wondering how long it's taken everyone to hear back. I only sent in the application a few days before the deadline but haven't even received a confirmation email. Any suggestions? I'm super nervous since it was kind of a last minute decision
I just replied to you on the FAU page haha but I wouldn't worry too much. The trend seems to be that you find out 2-3 weeks after you sent in your application, so sit tight. I was accepted to UM, and I'm assuming we have similar credentials since we both interviewed with FAU, so I think you'll be good!
Thanks for your help, we really are in the same boat :-). Is there anything else required for the UM application other than whats on Nursing CAS? I was reading earlier in the thread and had no idea what some of the things were that people were talking about.
If you don't mind me asking, which is your first choice?
I only put in information through NursingCAS so as long as that information was sent, you're fine. UM changed their admission process and this is the first year they are using NursingCAS so there may have been some confusion.
How do I sign in to cane link? I recieved an email saying that an admissions decision has been made and to log in to cane link to view it but I don't know how
I'm in! So relieved!
