Which 'University Hospital' are you referring to? There are thousands of universities around the US/ world, and scores of them have associated hospitals. Of course, you could just call the HR Department and ask.....

It depends on your hospital. At my place, you're not even eligible for tuition reimbursement until 6 months of service.

Many hospitals offer tuition reimbursement or some form of sign on bonus. No hospitals give nurses money for free. Ask for a written copy of the contract or the policy and read it carefully to see exactly what you are agreeing to give them in return for the money. It's normally at least a year!

Read the contract.

Some Hospitals will only reimburse you for the nursing related classes you take and get at least a "B" in.
