University of Florida DNP Fall 2021

Hello there! I just wanted to start this thread to see if there were any people applying to the University of Florida for next fall for their nurse practitioner program? I am applying to the BSN to DNP specialty in Pediatric Acute Care. Anyone know how the current pandemic might affect the application process? Any current students that might want to share their experiences with application process, and the current state of the program? Thank you all in advanced, looking forward to hearing from you all and starting this journey.

I don’t expect us finding out anything tonight. Wish they would have just released everybody’s decision instead of making people wait.

Congrats to those who got acceptance emails, but now I am stressed out not knowing (PMHNP part-time). Hopefully they will let us know either way by the end of the week?

Feeling defeated but hopeful at the same time. No correspondence of any kind. Guess I will work on my admissions while I wallow. Congrats to everyone who got accepted today!

Reading this hit me hard. I want to believe that acceptance emails are being staggered but then I tell myself that they probably sent them out together, right? Maybe holding off on sending denials in case some don’t accept?
