Has anyone had experience with the University of Cincinnati online MSN (Adult psychiatric Nurse Pracitioner) online program?

Any comments, feedback, or impressions would be much appreciated!

I've been accepted for the program starting this summer, but would love to hear from someone who either has completed the program, or is going to be attending.

For those who will be taking the Pmhnp certification this is what I found most beneficial as I passed the exam last month.

Exam practice questions purchased from ANCC were most beneficial !!!!! Read all rationales as this was extremely helpful for the actual test. I also did the Barkley review and read the ANCC manual twice. This may have been over doing it for some people but I passed the exam on the first attempt so it was worth it to me. Also, I reviewed some test taking strategies a couple of days before the exam. I did not think this test was easy but take your time, read the question and skip it if you need to and come back to it. It's 4 hours and it took me all 4 hours with maybe 3 minutes to spare. The questions are extremely long and I had to read some of them twice ( most of this was due to my nervousness). Take time and study!! I studied for 3 months prior to taking the test and I work full time. It's doable. Best of luck to you all!!

Wondering if anyone has any updates on the UC program. I got accepted, but they aren't the only school I am applying to. How did anyone feel about the program? Did it prepare you well to take the ANCC exam?
