Hi everybody! I just submitted my application for UC's WHNP Fall 2018 Program. Just curious who else has applied or is planning to apply to any of their Fall 2018 NP/CNM programs. Maybe we can keep each other updated as they start to give out acceptance offers and maybe meet some future classmates. Good luck everyone!

Congratulations! How did they notify you? Phone, mail, or email?

Congratulations! Do you mind me asking how long it took you to hear back after you submitted your application? Thank you!

Do you also mind me asking how long they give you before you have to either accept or decline their offer? And do you have to put money down at all to hold your spot? Thanks again!

I found out a couple days ago im admitted to the Fall 2018 for FNP

Wow that was really quick! The May 1st deadline hasn't even passed. Congrats

Awesome! Congrats!

Hello. Do you know if UC usually does interviews? And to what extend would they require an interview with an applicant? I only hear applicants who receive an acceptance notification. Just in case you know any info about this.

I applied to the Pediatric NP track! I'm doing the BSN to DNP though so not sure if it's the same. My interview is May 8!

Don't quote me on this but I've heard that UC does interviews for their on campus programs and not for their online programs.

I was accepted to the online program and did not have an interview

I'm also considering this program. I just need to submit my application on nursingcas, but I'm not sure if this program is a good fit for me since it is completely online. At Frontier Nursing University you get to practice your skills during clinical bound. I also need to have a back-up, so I think I will submit my app. I have also applied to University of South Alabama (USA). For USA there is one time campus visit for skills check off.

It would be nice to hear from those who have competed the program.

With UC you also have to travel to Cincinnati once or twice during the program. It's online, but there is a campus visit involved.
