united stars alliance consultancy and immigration services

I'm having the hard time validating the company. They are offering too good to be true services for nurses with or without experience for an immigrant visa to Canada promising a "money back guarantee" if it fails. I'm totally tempted but i cant help myself from doubting. This is the website: HOME and http://www.immigrate2us4u.com. I totally need pieces of advice because im afraid of making mistakes especially if it involves spending large amount of money. thank you.

I honestly dont know how it works but then we are informed that we will be given slots that's valid this January in a nursing care home in South of US.. There are lots of nurses who applied but majority are people who are graduates of different courses. I honestly have doubts cz the interview with the employer was pretty easy plus we just communicated through Skype..

I agree, although I'm so tempted to try it I was trying to find out more info about it and I'm glad I was able to read other nurses comments regarding this, my main concern is that why would they do such things just to get money in an easy way?

is this true? i have a b1/b2 visa and i was tempted with this kind of offer. is there a placement fee for volunteer caregiver for 6 months and how much? thanks. hope anyone could help..:)

Volunteers are not allowed to provide patient care, it is against the law. During Katrina , licensed doctors and nurses were not allowed to touch a patient since they were not licensed in that state.... there is absolutely no way you could touch a US patient legally this is scam it doesn't matter what VISA you have volunteers can not touch a patient not unless special laws are passed ( such as volunteer licensed doctors and nurses donating time at special events.

Once again....caregivers are have to adhere to local laws which include being registered and have insurance you can not volunteer in the USA as a caregiver, you have to be screened, registered, and the agency has to have insurance.

Really, thanks for the info. in fact when we sit there for an interview I was asking another applicant if she really knew someone who have used the agency in the past, she said yes...i still have some doubts the main reason why I'm still getting some advice from people who are living/working in the states...

Well everyone im about to find out this Nov! ill let u know what will happen during the process... honestly, its too good to be true but hey, i try not to be pessimist.. who knows ryt? wish me luck! lol

There is this line between using critical thinking skills and being as stouge/optomist, be an educated person, using all the evidence and researching, for example:

being asked to use your bank account and placing money in there to trick another country's immigration people...red flag right there! and is fraud,

working in health care in another country without health checks

nor a visa to allow this, is illegal according to that country's laws,

You know there is retrogression and nobody is allowed in the country to volunteer or work without a specialised skill (care assistants?) that a US citizen does not possess or the employer cannot find.

and knowing there is vast amounts of these people ripping people off in not so prosperous countries using your predicament of no jobs etc etc.

............and you still are going ahead with this? you are educated with a degree are you not?

Going along with this, when you get caught do not claim ignorance, you have research skills and criticial thinking skills. In my country it would be grounds to loose your right to be an RN.

Latest news from a friend of mine who is applying to the USA-CIS she was asked to sign a waver not to withdraw any money from the bank account they opened for her they said it was merely to show the immigration that she have that amount of money in the bank, unfortunately, there are some so-called professionals who have and are still going for it, its just too bad some people wants an easy way to get ahead...I agree with you, there is a big difference between being A POSITIVE THINKER and wise RN.

I wonder which pathway these nurses are going to take or what the agency is actually planning to do with them. It definitely won't be for H1B or H1C as they will not meet the criteria to qualify for such. An informed individual will definitely recognized something fishy is going on here and will have second thoughts before accepting this offer.

thanks for all the infos.. gudluck mine2love! all the best for you! i am a positive thinker and i agree for what u have posted..god bless us all! keep us posted mine2love..;)

I think you guys who hope this is all legitimite are using the word optomism/positive thinker, to blurr the real reasons, wish to be ignorant are disappointment/frustration/desperation.

Mga kababayan, I had to share this with you to WARN everyone not to fall for a possible trap with this agency. My friend commited his time, trust and money to USA-CIS until he ended up with actual confrontation with the US Embassy legal Dept and NBI on his actual appointment interview for B1/B2 as arranged by USA-CIS with office at Pearl of the Orient in front of the US Embassy with branch offices sa Makati and Bulacan and previously sa Pampanga. They found out fake documents provided USA-CIS. He was promised to be a volunteer caregiver L.A. as arranged agency to contact Because of what happened, the embassy hold everything including his passport and banned them to enter the US. don't you ever dare to walk in their offices at 8th and 26th floor of Pearl of the Orient Building. Please be wise in choosing your career path.
