I'm having the hard time validating the company. They are offering too good to be true services for nurses with or without experience for an immigrant visa to Canada promising a "money back guarantee" if it fails. I'm totally tempted but i cant help myself from doubting. This is the website: HOME and http://www.immigrate2us4u.com. I totally need pieces of advice because im afraid of making mistakes especially if it involves spending large amount of money. thank you.

As I have mentioned several times, why pay and agency when you can do the paperwork yourself. As long as you take your time completing the paperwork and follow the guide you should have no issues completing the paperwork. Believe me it is easy and is the same paperwork you would fill out if you went with an agency. Been there and have the hat. Also there is no guarantee for work as requirements regardless still have to be meet.
Nurses (RN) is on the shortage list therefore you can apply for PR without a job offer as long as you have 12 months continuous full-time paid work. Getting work however will depend on the province and their requirements for IEN.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. There's a red flag right there when they said "with or without experience for an immigrant visa", since it is very clear that at least a year of full time paid experience is required by immigration, that is shameful and deceiving.

what happened to your application? did u push through? the company now offers B1/B2 visa for volunteer caregiver and i just wanna talk to someone who have tried their services..
B1/B2 will not meet requirements to allow you to stay in the US and work
Business Visitor Visas (B-1) - For example, if the purpose for your planned travel is to consult with business associates, travel for a scientific, educational, professional or business convention, or conference on specific dates, settle an estate, or negotiate a contract, then a business visitor visa (B-1) would be the appropriate type of visa for your travel.
Pleasure, Tourism, Medical Treatment - Visitor Visas (B-2) - As examples, if the purpose of your planned travel is recreational in nature, including tourism, vacation (holiday), amusement, visits with friends or relatives, rest, medical treatment, activities of a fraternal, social, or service nature, and participation by amateurs, who will receive no remuneration, in musical, sports and similar events or contests, then a visitor visa (B-2) would be the appropriate type of visa for your travel. If you are going to the U.S. primarily for tourism, but want to take a short course of study which is recreational (and not for credit towards a degree), and the course is less than 18 hours per week, this is permitted on a visitor visa.

Suggest you read up on the B1/2 and see what you do because you apply for the B1/2 at your local embassy and they in most cases unless you provide amble proof on returning home deny the visa

Volunteer caregiver? What exactly is this agency's offer? Does "volunteer" mean you are going to work for free?

as far as i know, volunteer caregivers in U.S have an allowance of Php 60,000.00. if the employer likes ur attitude towards their elderly, they will be the one to process ur working visa.
Working visa is H1b and requires minimum of BSN so how does a job of caregiver qualify? The job has to be at a BSN level and I seriously doubt caregiver will meet it.
yes but then there's an allowance.. that is correct the allowance is 60000php/month for 6 months.. im a nurse but they accepted many applicants that are not nursing graduates.. We are not allowed to work outside of the facility though..
I honestly dont know how it works but then we are informed that we will be given slots that's valid this January in a nursing care home in South of US.. There are lots of nurses who applied but majority are people who are graduates of different courses. I honestly have doubts cz the interview with the employer was pretty easy plus we just communicated through Skype..
Here's a follow up question: to be a volunteer caregiver, does it need a working visa or will B1/B2 visa do?
