I don't know, green reminds me of the OR too much. But I do have to agree, although I like the starchness of a plain colored scrub sometimes, a printed top is always a good choice. I have my days...then I wear what is most suitable to me. But all my scrub sets are different color. I like variety...always buy a color I don't have...

I don't much think that it matters what color your scrubs are as long as they are clean, neat, wrinkle free and fitted well. We all know how impractical it is to wear white. One nurse that I used to work with always wore white but her scrubs were always one size too big, a "dirty" white and her shoes were never clean. She was a good bedside nurse but what kind of image is she presenting to her patients? If she doesn't take care of herself very well then how well is she gonna take care of me?
The last two hospitals that I've worked at don't care what color our scrubs are. I've always been partial to ciel blue.
We can wear any color except denim or white. The pants are supposed to be solid, but the tops or scrub jackets can be print. The pants have to be one of the colors in the scrub top or jacket.
I have seen a few people wearing print scrub pants, but, IMHO some of the print pants look a little too much like pajama bottoms.

What colors do you all think are the best to wear in scrubs and why?
1. Lavender
2. Blue
3. Green
4. Pink
I am partial to lavender because its a relaxing color but another nurse thinks its a bad choice because its not a color a Dr would wear and hence she thinks I won't be looked upon as much of a professional. What do you all think?
