UNF Summer 2014 BSN hopefuls

Hi everyone!

With the deadline only a little over a month away, I figured we all need a place to stress, hope and worry! I just took my first stab at the TEAS and hit the average score of the past few years (335). I have a 3.9 GPA. One pre-req left. Applying for ABSN. I'm scheduled for a second TEAS attempt next month. How is everyone else doing? Drooling over stats as much as I am?? Any interview preparation plans?

hey guys! i sent in my email to confirm my seat. Are we supposed to get another email from beth or that's all we do?

She sent me an email acknowledging she got my confirmation, but that's it. I think I got it a day or two later?

that's weird... i confirm it on the day that she sent me and never got an Email back. I emailed them again today just to make sure that i confirmed it lol.

Hi all, I just wanted to join in on the excitement and nervousness, lol! I'm Tiffany and I applied for the ABSN for Summer '14. I have my interview set up and am now anxiously awaiting. Best of luck to everyone :)

It was good! Kind of weird but I think it helped. They gave me nice feedback and even burned me a dvd of the interview so I can literally see what I would want to improve on. The whole process is free, so I scheduled another one for the end of the month haha. I'm seriously so excited to meet everyone and really express to them how much I want this opportunity!

That's really really great, Hannah! :) I'm so happy you did that. It seems like for Regular Track applicants the hang up ends up being the interview so I think that was important for you. Good job!!

Thank you! I can only imagine you'll do great because of your experience and you seem very well spoken! Are you doing anything to keep your mind off this?! I feel like I'm at such a stand still and can't do anything! haha

4 more weeks and I'll be in Jacksonville, not being able to sleep because of nerves!

Oh my gosh, I am beside myself with excitement! I told my boss and coworkers today that I got an interview. They have mixed emotions. I believe I am well loved there, but they are so excited I am so excited!

I really hope my experience interviewing will help me, but I have never interviewed for something like this where my genuine interest in becoming something I never have been has to be portrayed! But I am preparing my little hiney off :)

Do you know where you will be staying? You have family here, right?
