Hey! Anyone else on these forums that are awaiting a decision letter from Chapel Hill for their BSN program starting in May? I was waitlisted for last years program so I am cautiously optimistic on my chances. I was surprised that there hadn't been a forum started for this years program. It's getting down to the wire now and I am beginning to count the days!
Carolina1027 I agree. I almost wish that they hadn't told us when they sent them out because I'm tired of staring out the window until the mail gets here every morning. Every day since Wednesday I've been thinking today is the day, and then nothing haha. If we don't get them by next Monday or Tuesday I'm going to call, because if so there's a lot of missing letters somewhere (if they were sent on the 7th) haha.
Also brianar07, yes I see that tab on Connect Carolina.
Brianar07, I'm so sorry to hear that. Keep your head up, I have heard that it is more difficult to get into the 6-term BSN vs. the 4-term ABSN. You might want to consider applying to the 4-term! From everything I have read from previous threads, apparently they don't accept many second degree students for the 6-term BSN, so I'm thinking there's a good chance I won't get in either. I'm just ready to find out. Where do you live? I'm surprised I didn't receive anything today, because I live close to Chapel Hill.

I'm worried my cumulative GPA is too low. But I have B's in all my prerequisites and in the two courses they don't require before acceptance. (patho, and nutrition)
