Hey! Anyone else on these forums that are awaiting a decision letter from Chapel Hill for their BSN program starting in May? I was waitlisted for last years program so I am cautiously optimistic on my chances. I was surprised that there hadn't been a forum started for this years program. It's getting down to the wire now and I am beginning to count the days!

SN2751, actually there is an enrollment fee. 250. So idk how that may affect people's decision. But hopefully you get accepted of the waitlist, I know the feeling (I applied last year). Thank you. And good luck to everybody.

has anyone found out about rankings? Going over applications again sounds tedious

msB27, nope I was too scared to call and inquire since it says not to on the letter we received. However, I have seen in past threads where people called and asked some questions. From a 2015 thread someone said they called and were told that they put those on the waitlist into groups: second degree applicants, first degree, etc. Then when someone from one of those groups declines their offer they pick someone off the waitlist from the same group. I'm not sure if that's true, but it makes some sense. I also read in that same year that they only accepted around 12-14 second degree students. I really hope that isn't true, because that doesn't give me a lot of hope if it is. I really hope we hear something soon!

Just wanted to let you know that I received your private messages about the wait-list, but this site won't let me respond privately since I haven't posted 15 times or something like that. Anyway, they updated my profile on connect carolina and it says June 30th, as well. I think it might be a mistake too. Hope we both hear back some good news soon!
