yes this has been a long couple of months! wow i hope the decisions are out by may 1, not may 30th. at this point though, im glad to know that i haven't been denied and that the process is just behind. so, it means technically still good news, but i am still nervous! trying to keep busy with the many other things i have going on however, it doesn't stop me from checking my status everyday haha.

Has anyone heard anything yet this week?

My status finally changed today from "Committee Ready" to "Contact Admissions Office." I called admissions, and found out today that I've been waitlisted, so now the waiting continues. Anyone know generally how many people are waitlisted and/or accepted off the waitlist each year? I know it varies and people can hear all the way up to a few days before school starts.

many BSN statuses changed today... apparently...
I've only heard of waitlisted people though. So not sure if anyone got in yet. Not sure how the waitlist works but I applied 2.5 mos late last semester and got waitlisted automatically. I found out 2 weeks later I got in so if you're waitlisted consider that a good thing! I think they had the most applications they've ever had this Spring! You can hear up until August but you'll most likely know by June or July. It's frustrating but don't get your hopes up for sure! :)
Hi Tigg,
Are you a BSN or CNL applicant? Just curious...
Were they accepted or waitlisted?
Everyone I know got the "please contact the admissions office" status. And two haven't heard anything. Still committee ready. Who knows.
Sewnew, I'm a BSN applicant.

hi,
i am interested in the shady grove BSN program but cannot go to the next open house because of child care issues. i have two questions: is it possible to do all the coursework during the day (ie, when kids are in school). also, what about scheduling clinical rotations? are those flexible?
thanks!!

Hello All,
I have been following this blog for awhile....starting to become a bit anxious over not hearing. I applied to the RN-BSN program. I suppose no one has heard yet? I was told that we would hear by the middle of April (today). :) My status is still "Complete, Ready for Review", as it has been since February. I actually was a bit last minute on my admission materials, but I am hoping for the best, since my test scores are good and I have a 4.0 in all coursework. The waiting is killing me!
