UIC Fall 2021 BSN Program

I submitted my app for UIC yesterday. I'm anxious for the result. So for anyone else who applied what is your GPA and your extracurricular activities? I'm a transfer student with a 3.2 GPA and I've worked at an animal hospital for 3 years. 
I got denied last year due to my GPA so I'm just trying to figure out my chances, and where I can improve if I get denied again. ?

Yay!! I got mine too!! Signed up for Wednesday pm, but I’m super nervous because I’m 2 days away from my due date (I know hahahah) and in case baby was late then I don’t know if I can reschedule.

I've always heard to never interview on Monday bc its the beginning of the week and people are tired and to never interview on Friday because people are looking to the weekend... not sure if this applies in all cases but I chose Wednesday just in case!

Aww thank you!! Well I wish, I already had a baby by now LOL ? I just want to focus on the interview process ? I’m super excited but also crazy nervous because this is the last factor that can determine whether or not we are admitted !! Good luck to everyone who got the invites !

So like I counted the slots for the interview and its only 225. Does this mean that there are only 225 applicants who have qualified? I'm just nervous LOL.

OMG I did the exact same thing hahah! and I think so! thats what I assumed. Does anyone know how many slots there are?

Yes!! Last year it was 270 and only about 90 got in ? this year is less interviews and less spots (but I don’t have the exact figure )

From what I know, Chicago campus takes around 96 students and Urbana & Springfield each accepts 64 students. So, total of 224. But, IDK this fall.

I got an interview!! Super nervous. I got rejected from the Nursing program at a UW-Madison, but got accepted for a Biology Major at University of Arizona. It was a roller-coaster of emotions today. LOL

My interview is on Tuesday. Did anyone get a confirmation email regarding your interview? I never got a confirmation but emailed myself a link to the zoom site. Does anyone know what kind of questions they will ask?

Update: Concerned about not getting a confirmation link. I signed up again for the same time and day. Within minutes I got a confirmation email. Wonder if I just didn't enter the right information since I was at work. ? Ope.
