UIC BSN Fall 2020 interviews

Hello, everyone! I applied to the BSN program at UIC for Fall 2020 and I’m super anxious about the entire process. I received an email inviting me for a mock interview that’s conducted through the Urban Health Program and was wondering if anyone else received this email

Hi, are you a current UIC student? I also applied, but as a transfer student, and I haven't gotten that email. I think that's just something the LAS health sciences sends out to applicants? We have to give this a few weeks for invitations

Hi! I am also a transfer student! The email does state that it’s offered by their Urban Health Program and this mock interview is in no way mandatory nor has correlation to the admissions process. Just wanted to know if anyone else received a similar email

Has anyone gotten their interview letters yet? I'm super anxious. I'm hoping they come this week because it seems that interviews tend to happen around Feb. 21st.

I have not. I have reason to believe it should be later, especially since it said "early March" but who knows!

I'm anxious as well, but it is what it is and we just have to make do until then! It'll be okay!

I have yet to receive an email about the real interviews but I’m hoping that to get one soon! Do you, or anyone else, know if they send them to every applicant or only to a select few?

Hi, I still have not received an invitation for the interview. I'm hoping they will come some times this week from 2/17-2/23. I think the interviews will be conducted around 2/24-2/28.

Yes I also haven’t received an interview I went to the mock interview last Thursday and said they should be coming out sometime this week so I hope that’s the case!

I called the admissions, and asked when they will be sending the letters. The gentleman who I spoke to said that the emails and letters will be sent tomorrow. ??
