UFV September 2018

Published

Hello fellow potential UFV Nursing students,

I have completed my application for Fall 2018 BSN intake and I thought that I would start a thread for open discussions, what marks everyone is applying with, concerns and such. Good luck to everyone!

I got my interview email, too. Hopefully we all activating in this thread will become the eventual survivals.

I think its scary going in with 8 students with 8 instructors.... Like what if we can hear everyone talking that is going to be super distractive

Finally done all my finals!!

Now all I have to do is be nervous about the interview!!

Yeah that might be kinda distracting...I don't know anything about it but maybe they have them spaced far enough away that the talking is just a low hum...?

Don't know so if anybody does, you can let us know!

Oh and Amritm would you like to introduce yourself to the rest of us? Grades, work/volunteer experience, 1st time trying? etc?

I did the interview back in October and dont worry you hardly really notice the other people talking near you. The only thing is that its kind of awkward when you finish your answer and the 2 minutes you have to answer is still going haha

Hey soccer123, how did your interview go back in October? Did you do anything in particular to prepare yourself ? Were the questions fairly straightforward?

Sorry for all the questions, this interview is really making me nervous LOL

Grades - 4A's

Volunteer Experience - close to 500 hours

1st time trying

Best of luck tomorrow!

Good for you Amritm.

Yeah same here, good luck everybody.

Tomorrow is it!

Remember to just be yourself :)

Well, I'm done the interview.

Those of you who went already know we can't say anything.

Good luck to everybody else still doing it...

After today we'll all be done!

Congrats to everyone who made it this far!

Waiting for May 15th!!!

As well I have 1100hours working in a retirement home and I'm awaiting starting volunteer work at Queen Alexandria for children. I wish you all the best and any advice you have for me I'd greatly appreciate :)

this waiting period is killing me

I know, it feels like it's been forever since the interviews. Just want the final decisions now:(
