Hello fellow potential UFV Nursing students,

I have completed my application for Fall 2018 BSN intake and I thought that I would start a thread for open discussions, what marks everyone is applying with, concerns and such. Good luck to everyone!

How many people that were accepted to the program

were first time applicants?

I really have no idea how many were first time applicants.

Technical it was my first time applying. I did apply for Winter 2018 last August but because of some miscommunication my application wasn't complete in time. So I had to wait and apply for Fall 2018 which gave me a chance to do more courses.

What are your grades? And such?

I was a first time applicant . Didn't even think of nursing until last year . 110 volunteer hours and straight A's

Hi guys! I am an applicant to the Fall 2019 intake and I just got my interview invitation. I know you’re not allowed to tell me any questions that you had, but would anyone have any insight on the type of questions that were asked? I’m trying to write a list of questions to study from. Are they experience based, nursing knowledge or other? I would be very appreciative if you let me know! Thanks

They are experience based. Think of questions you would be asked at a job interview.

Omg hey girl!! I just got my interview email too! I’m so nervous I literally don’t know what to expect. I applied last semester and didn’t do an Interview

They want to know how You think and who You are.

So my advice is to be yourself.
