UF accelerated BSN 2021

Hey everybody! Anyone applying for the above mentioned program? I haven't had luck finding any threads, in regard to this, for that specific year. I would like to find people who are so we can keep in touch through this process.

Hey everyone!! With decisions coming out potentially this Friday (AHHH) does anyone know where to check? Do we get an email or should we check our portal?

Last year we received emails and then it updated in the portal

I have to work Friday from noon to 8 pm ?. There’s no way I can check while I’m at work because if I don’t get in I’ll be a mess. It’s going to take some serious self control not to check ?

I checked my email and that what I received in one of the emails """All applicants will be notified of a final decision in late February/early March via your UF post baccalaureate application status page and email"""

So its both, email and UF portal.

From reading last years threads, it seems as though everyone who was admitted received and email. Some of the people who were denied admission did not receive an email, but their post baccalaureate application updated to denied.

Last year I found out that I didn't get in while I was at work, it was awkward since my co-worker kept asking me if I got in or not ?

Ugh that sounds terrible. So this is your second time applying to the program?

Holy crap it might really be this Friday?? I was mentally preparing to wait a few more weeks since the email that came out that said late February/early March.

The last two years, it was the last Friday of February at 5 PM. So that’s what I’ve been planning on. I don’t know if I can wait another week. I’ve been scouring everywhere to find the acceptance rate for the Accelerated BSN. Anything that might give me hope or better prepare me for the disappointment.

I feel the same way! part of me wants to know but the other part is terrified of not getting in. Every time I think of Friday at 5 my heart drops a little haha

By portal do you mean our nursingcas account or something else?
