Hey everyone!

I noticed there wasn't a thread for people to discuss upcoming interviews for UCSF New Grad RN program.

I'm interviewing for the ICN on 9/2. Does anyone have any insights into the interview process or have anything else they want to discuss?

Hi guys, does anybody happen to know if you interviewed for two units, whether you will receive two Skills Survey reference emails or just one? I interviewed for a unit last week and another unit this week and completed the Skills Survey last week (which I believed to be for the first unit), but this week's interviewers said they sent the references email last week but I've only received the one email. Thanks in advance!

I think most units are trying to send out offers by next week!

I interviewed for more than one unit and only got one request for references. I think it goes in your HR file so you only do it once. Good luck! Just waiting now í ½í¸Š

M_RN: My interview for PCICU was on 9/2 (Wednesday), and at the time I was told it would be 2 weeks at the latest. I've been in contact with another PCICU candidate who interviewed today, and she said that there were "still a couple more interviews to do". I hope they contact us soon!

socalrn24: I just interviewed for 14 Moffitt this afternoon and received the reference check email immediately following the interview. I think, yeah, yesterday and today were the interview dates (at least according to their unit's calendar that I saw on a door).

AlltoAll: I'm the same as Bayside RN - had 2 interviews and only got 1 email. I guess it is only 1 reference check since there are no unit-specific things on the ref check email.

This waiting game is tough. I just want to know either way so I can move on (in one durection or another). Here is hoping we hear something back today or tomorrow... í ½í¸

I know! It is super tough waiting. I interviewed the end of August and I never received anything asking for references...so I feel like my chances are slim but I am still hopeful! How many people who interviewed for PCICU were asked for references or have heard back?
