Hey everyone!

I noticed there wasn't a thread for people to discuss upcoming interviews for UCSF New Grad RN program.

I'm interviewing for the ICN on 9/2. Does anyone have any insights into the interview process or have anything else they want to discuss?

ICN asked for resume, letters of rec, RN license copy, BLS/NRP. I think it varies by unit.

I wish I found this thread earlier! I just had my interview for the Transplant unit at 11am. The manager called me yesterday morning and I had less than 24hrs to prepare!

I have an intervew with transplant on Friday. How big was the panel? The nurse manager told me at least 5. Did they ask clinical questions or just behavioral? How do you feel about the interview? Anything you might be willing to share would be greatly appreciated, but I totally understand if you prefer not to! Thank you!

Anyone else interviewing for Med-Surg High Acuity (14F)? I received the call last week and was told they didn't have the interview location information yet. Before I call tomorrow to get an update, does anyone have that information? any interviewing tips? thanks!

socalrn24: Do you mean for Parnassus? I was told to take the M elevators to the 14th floor and just ask for Ms. Paula at the front.

For anyone who interviewed with surgical oncology, what was the name of the fourth interviewer?

how do you know there were four interviewers? The NM told me 3-4 people when I asked, but wasn't specific. Only two people in addition to the manager were copied to the email she sent me, so I am not sure...

Yea I was expecting 3 but when I interviewed today there were 4. I only caught the first name of the fourth and forgot to ask their last name before I left!
