Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs
Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ?
According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available.
Let the commiserating begin~

Yes, this is what they said in the seminar too. They said we should speak for a few minutes for each question, but I guess that's going to be a few minutes for answering both. I'm also not sure how much extra time to leave for the second question vs the first

Do you really think they'll ask two questions in such short time?! I'm just sitting here thinking what would they want to know in such a small amount of time ? I wonder how they determine who moves to the next round

so far, I've timed myself and my intro including my interest in the program is like a little over a minute liiiike (1:05)? but I'm also scared because I want to allow enough time for the second question LOL

It was via email. For those wondering, I'm coming in with two and a half years of experience of care planning in family-planning health and having volunteered as a doula.
in my cover letter I talked about how their definition of women's health isn't inclusive given the transmasc and queer population I've treated. possibly rubbed them the wrong way.
