  1. I’m curious — were there any other male applicants to the women’s health track?
  2. I'm pretty sure these are just general interviews before moving on to track-level interviews
  3. @ilovenursing_786 Thanks for the condolences! It was my second choice behind periop.
  4. @ilovenursing_786 yup! I still have my actual interview slot tomorrow in pursuit of perioperative & peds cc, though.
  5. It was via email. For those wondering, I'm coming in with two and a half years of experience of care planning in family-planning health and having volunteered as a doula. in my cover letter I talked about how their definition of women's health isn't inclusive given the transmasc and queer population I've treated. possibly rubbed them the wrong way.
  6. Haven't interviewed yet and the women's health track just let me know that I wouldn't be considered ?
  7. Got my invite at 11:15p for Wednesday @ 1pm. Ranked my tracks as periop, women's health, peds cc, in that order.
  8. UWorld practice questions helped me and all my roommates
  9. Between the DEI response and my actual cover letter content, it's creeping toward two pages long. I'm starting to get worried about the length.. they never mentioned a maximum length did they? I didn't hear anything on the webinar.
  10. I think the adult ambu is specifically neuro if you're into that
  11. Do we need to have the same cover letter for each application? Wondering if I can tailor my cover letter to each track while still posting my rank order. Also sorry everyone, link isn't working for me anymore either. I got the link from emailing the contact listed on the webinar.
  12. Link to the webinar recording: https://ucsfonline-my.sharepoint.com/personal/jill_garrison_ucsf_edu/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx?id=%2Fpersonal%2Fjill_garrison_ucsf_edu%2FDocuments%2FNNRTP Fall 2022 Info Sessions&ga=1 I believe its no to LORs but they do ask for like five references after you're selected for an interview? I'm about to play the webinar.
  13. Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ? According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available. Let the commiserating begin~
  14. What’s the latest everyone’s planning to take their NCLEX? I’m swaying between the 8th and the 27th, but I worry results won’t be posted in time if I choose the latter.
  15. @Middleofthenight I remember them saying we would hear back by EOD today and that second interviews start as early as tomorrow
