Hi @Luna_0, I also had an issue with my transcripts not being processed and my application was incomplete. I emailed [email protected] and -----------------------. I sent a pdf of my official transcript directly to them and then my application was marked as complete. I would suggest emailing a confirmation of your enrollment/unofficial transcript that shows your course is in progress to them both! Good luck!

Hi Dera,

I did - saying my application had some discrepancies and my application was reopened to correct them. However, when I checked my application was still locked and I had no such errors that they listed might be the cause. I emailed ------------------------ back as well as admissions support, waiting on a reply.

same here, I checked my status and it says completed, I am so nervous. I ll email ---------------------- and wait for his reply.

same feeling here! but they did say at the end you could disregard or confirm if you believe it is complete. I checked and my official transcripts were uploaded by UCSF as well so maybe the list was generated before they were? unsure but I do believe our apps should be unlocked if there were things to be fixed o:

the same thing happened to me and nothing is wrong with my app. I also emailed and im waiting for a response. glad im not alone at least

I'm in the same boat as you all trying to figure out what's missing and waiting for them to email me back. Kemsn, do you mean when you login to your application it shows official transcripts that UCSF uploaded once received? I had uploaded my unofficial transcript for two schools and had the official versions sent directly to UCSF, but they haven't replaced the unofficial ones. Wondering if that could be the issue for mine but have no way of knowing if they don't respond :( and it doesn't seem like I can actually edit anything by deleting those ones either.

I received an email as well. I'm wondering if the list of deficiencies is customized to each applicant, or if it is a general checklist. Here is what I was told might have deficiencies or need corrections:

You are receiving this email because, after an initial review, we have identified that your application may have one or more deficiencies or irregularities. These may be one or more of the following:

-A transcript missing a degree conferral date

-A missing transcript confirming a program prerequisite (including confirmation of a statistics course taken no earlier than Summer 2017)

-A petition in the event that you are below the 3.0 GPA requirement

-1 or more letters of recommendation

Did everyone else get this same list?

yes - it shows that my official ones were received & uploaded + scanned by UCSF! previously I had my unofficial ones show when you clicked ‘transcript’
