Ucla summer externship summer 2018

Hey guys! I wanted to start a thread for those applying to UCLA's summer nursing externship for summer 2018. I just submitted my app and i'm already nervous! Has anyone else submitted?

My application portal just got updated to "Routed to interviewing supervisor", anyone else have this or know what it means? Sheri told me they aren't interviewing for this position

wait she said they're NOT interviewing? i work for UCLA and routed to interviewing supervisor is the final step before they interview you/decide if they're gonna offer the position.

i also read somewhere on here that we're basically just a CNA and can't do any nurse stuff? is this true?

in an email she sent me early march she said they aren't interviewing. But a friend that went through the program 8 years ago said she only had a phone interview and she offered at the end of the call. so who knows lol. that same person also told me that the job is basically a shadowing/networking thing. Like we can't do any nursing stuff so we just shadow and watch and probably help out with NAC stuff. but its a direct foot in the door at UCLA which'll definitely pay off (hopefully lol)
