Got the invite for Perinatal last week.. my first choice was L&D. There were only 7 spots to choose from so my guess is there are only 7 people invited idk tho. Good luck everyone. I applied to the previous winter start and never heard anything so this is super cool!

Is perinatal considered L&D?

I'm still holding out hope that I'll be contacted.

When last week were you invited? When is the interview? Sorry for so many questions :/

ATfriver, congrats on getting your interview! Did you do anything in between last time you applied and this time that you think made you stand out? Doesn't look like I'm getting an interview this time around but I'd love to know what to do in the future! Thanks :)

Thanks..Yes the perinatal department is L&D, PP, Anti etc... (as far as I know). I got the email Tuesday last week and my interview is the 14th. I heard the emails for interviews all went out this past week but idk if thats true (someone I know is a CNA there so ??) Pretty much the only difference is graduation (BSN) and passing boards. I also did precepting in L&D so I think that helps but really it seems like its just luck of the draw.

My status still says "Online Assessment Completed." I'm wondering if it will ever change. I applied for cardio ICU and Liver ICU.

Did you get an interview bc mine was changed when I went back to see it after getting the email?? I've heard others didn't change for awhile tho!
