Does anyone know how the ICU interviews work? Does the first interview consist of general/behavioral questions with the unit manager then the 2nd interview consists of scenario/behavior questions with a panel?

I have an interview this week, my email was sent about 3-4weeks ago. Does anyone have any information on how this first round of interviews goes? Should I expect more behavioral or clinical questions? I'm interviewing for the Neuroscience Stroke Unit.

I applied to NICU and my status hasn't changed since 3/24..

Hi there! Saw you on CHLAs forum as well. I got chosen for an interview for my second choice, and not the NICU. I haven't seen too many ppl who have said they've gotten NICU... Hope everything is going well!

I also applied to NICU with no status change. Still crossing my fingers, but now that interviews have started I'm not too hopeful.

It's different for every unit. Did you interview for Neuro/Trauma ICU as well? She asked me to come in tomorrow but I wanted to know if that was the case for all the NTICU candidates.
