Hi I recently applied for the Spring 2024 cohort and didn't see a thread yet. How is everyone's application going?

I've already lost hope. I interviewed with the PICU and it seems like they've already sent out their letters. I have no clue how many they're taking on, but I've already assumed that I didn't make the cut.
Regardless, I'm happy that I got a chance to interview. I'll just try to get in as a staff nurse once I get enough experience.

looks like 3 people got offers last week that interviewed on 11/6
so technically there's 5 spots left assuming offers haven't been sent out but who knows
the thing is that not everyone who interviewed is on this app so there could be more offers sent out.... we just don't know about it. there could 5 spots left or no spots left

I know ? that's why I was saying assuming offers haven't been made
I guess we just have to be patient
last cycle, I was " in review" and got rejected the last day of decisions and that was after the department extended the deadline for offers an additional week

Some questions I remember are tell me about yourself, why peds, a time you solved a problem, do you tend to take a leader role or a follower role, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you do to cope with stress, what do you think will be most difficult for you in this department.
this helped soooo much thank you!! since I am a repeat applicant I was nervous on whether or not they would remember me, and one of the nurse managers did! I hope I did better than last time and proved myself ?

Congratulations on making it to the second round! Did they say when they will be making offers? I haven't heard anything yet after interviewing on 11/17.
