Hi! Unfortunately, I have not heard back from either units but I bet they'll love if you talk about how your values relate to their mission & values. Be yourself, elaborate on your answers, & speak to your experiences as best you can. You'll do great, sending you the best of luck!! ?

OMG hi haha I interviewed with them last time. Some questions I remember are tell me about yourself, why peds, a time you solved a problem, do you tend to take a leader role or a follower role, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you do to cope with stress, what do you think will be most difficult for you in this department.

2nd interview was definitely more intense and in-depth I would say. Prepare more clinical scenarios, still all behavioral
