Hi I recently applied for the Spring 2024 cohort and didn't see a thread yet. How is everyone's application going? 

did anyone interview for peds onc 3F and know if it was only one interview or is it two rounds? I assumed it was two rounds but after looking back at the forum for last march, I'm unsure now if it is and completely was too nervous to ask abt it during the interview AHA

I feel like if there was a second interview they would mention that at the end of the first interview right? Did they mention anything about next steps at all? Or was it just like thank you bye LOL

It really was a "thank you bye" situation ASDFS I guess I was just assuming there would be a second round since interviews go till the 17th on the schedule that was emailed to us. but ya that makes sense that they woulda mentioned it on the spot, tyty!!

I personally got 6-7ish questions so I'm not even sure what would be left to ask if there is a second interview LOL. Can anyone who has gone through the cycle before and has done 2 interviews, describe what the differences between the 2 interviews were and when they got notified of a second interview (if any) ?

Is anyone interviewing for NICU? I'm pretty sure they rejected my application I haven't heard anything and I know people are already doing interviews. My status still says " In Review" tho

Panel interview with 8 nurses. A lot of the same questions all just behavioral stuff but more in depth.

Same!! I was even debating on choosing NICU for my unit during the application process because of how impacted it may be, but I haven't heard anything.
