Hi I recently applied for the Spring 2024 cohort and didn't see a thread yet. How is everyone's application going?

Do they send all the offers and then wait to send out rejections in the chance that someone denies their spot? Do they send rejections before offers? I wonder if there's some sort of way they do it or it's just random
I applied last round and they sent out offer letters in batches based on unit. They didn't send out rejections at the exact same time. It was a little later and I assume it was in case some people declined their offers. Some people didn't get rejections until the very last min.

No they did not. I felt like I was just having a conversation with them tbh so I don't really remember how many questions. I am kinda nervous since my interview was too quick and I felt like I didn't express myself enough ?

Thank you!! Same that would be amazing!! I finished my interview this morning, they asked me 5 questions: tell about yourself/why ucla, role in team, pt safety, a time going above/beyond for pt, and where I see myself in 3-5 years. Overall was about 20 minutes including the questions I asked them, but they were very nice and welcoming. good luck to everyone who are still waiting to complete their interviews!

Hey! I was just curious, what did they specifically ask you about patient safety?

Did you catch how many are they hiring? I forgot to ask that question? I know based on the interview schedules slots they are probably interviewing about 16pp. ?

Congrats on finishing your interview! I'm sure you did better than you think. We're all in the same boat. What do you mean by clinical questions? Did they ask you scenario based questions?
