UCLA New Grad RN 2013

Hello to all prospective UCLA Nurses!

My name is Matthew and I'm a CSU Long Beach alumnus.

I'm currently working as a Super User RN for the UCLA Health System.

I hope this thread will be able to answer our questions about the application, interview process and a place for any updates anyone receives for the 2013 new grad program.

With that said, I was told by recruitment that applications will be made available in March. :)

It's only been 1 week since my interview but it feels like FOREVER!!

@UCIRN I didn't get the reference thing emailed to me, but I was a super user at ucla and I've completed one before, so I'm hoping it just stayed on my application/log in.. I'm going to call HR tomorrow and ask. Did Coleen tell you a date she hoped to make decisions by? I forgot to ask her because she asked me to come back for the second interview, so I meant to ask them, but forgot :/

It's been exactly 2 weeks since i interviewed... Sent in references already. Recruiter says at most 3 weeks to wait ... So i'm patient ... Plus why is no one posting about Liver ICU ???? helloooo pple ??? anyone ???? lol

Thisdoll I'm on the same boat as you. Just waiting to hear back. Sent in references and did my first interview two weeks ago on Wednesday! Just want to know already! ?

So all my references have filled out the survey, all the status' say 'Complete'. Is there anything I need to do at this point? Or just HR automatically know its done?

I believe the HR automatically knows since they send it out. I'm sure it populates a summary of the references answers.
