Hello to all prospective UCLA Nurses!

My name is Matthew and I'm a CSU Long Beach alumnus.

I'm currently working as a Super User RN for the UCLA Health System.

I hope this thread will be able to answer our questions about the application, interview process and a place for any updates anyone receives for the 2013 new grad program.

With that said, I was told by recruitment that applications will be made available in March. :)

How did you feel about your interview? I'm asking because I really don't know how well I did on mine and am scared I failed haha.

I felt really good about it, but I had my doubts right away, I don't know, it's like with every interview I've had... They liked me, they responded well, but no call back... Maybe I'll call at some point to get some feedback on my interview........... Maybe I just didn't wow them?? I'm hoping that I'm still in the running...

Mine was 10-11 also, but i actually interviewed like 15 min early before the 10 o'clock hour... had on a brown suit and my brown hair in a bun... how bout you?

checking your email! I received my interview invitation email later than most people so maybe they are sending the references in groups as well. Ill keep my fingers crossed for you!

Had 2nd interview for NTICU. Seems like an amazing place to work. Wont know anything for a few weeks.

UCLA Medical Center in general seems like an amazing place to work. what was your second interview geared towards? more descriptions about the job itself or getting to know you or more interview type questions still?

When the news for the app came up on the 'Calender events' website, it said this program will start in September/October . No official dates yet though. I guess we shld know exactly when once final decisions have been made.
